  • More than likely, your Judgment of Divorce has assigned me the task of drafting the Order(s) to divide any retirement accounts or pensions that accrued during your marriage.

  • Fill in the information that you know is correct. Leave the other answers blank. If more information is needed, you will receive a phone call or follow-up email for more information or clarification.

  • No, I am simply drafting the Order according to the Judgment of Divorce. If necessary, I get clarification of the terms of the division of the benefits from your attorney

  • One party must be represented to get you through the QDRO process. If neither party has representation, then you can call me, and we can discuss your options.

  • Contact me with your mailing address and I can send you a start-up QDRO packet through the mail.

  • I do not take payment plans, but if you contact me and let me know you will be paying me in the near future, I will keep your case open.

  • It depends. If the Order has not yet been sent to the Court, I can revise it with the updated address.
